Real estate
Real estate letterhead with the address easy to find
Offers, introductions, and landlord letters get read on phones and printed in offices. The phone number and the brokerage name have to be obvious.
Put the brokerage where the rules expect it
Many states require the brokerage name to be clear on advertising, and a letter about a listing is often treated as advertising. Rules differ. Check the advertising guidance from your state real-estate commission before you print. Give the brokerage at least as much presence as an agent’s name if that is what your state asks for.
A license number can sit in the footer note. The phone number should be large enough to read without squinting, because that is the line people actually use.
A mark prints more reliably than a portrait
You can upload a logo, and that file can be a wordmark or a simple portrait. A portrait on letterhead is a style choice. A clean mark survives a photocopy and a home printer with fewer surprises. If the logo is white, it will disappear on this paper. Upload the dark version.
Why the address has its own line
The Street Address template sets the company name, then a color rule, then the street address in a larger size than the tagline. The phone, email, and website sit in a bar at the bottom. It is built for brokerages, property managers, and local businesses whose location is part of the introduction.
The sample is Elm Street Realty. Replace it, then download. The how-to guide shows how to place the PNG behind text in Word.
Download the file without an account
The PDF, SVG, and PNG download without an account. You are not asked for an email address, and the file is not watermarked. Save a project file if you revise the license line later.
Questions
Do I have to sign up to download a real estate letterhead?
No. The editor and the download are both free. There is no account and no email gate.
Can the agent’s name be larger than the brokerage?
The editor will set it that way if you type it that way. Confirm your state commission’s advertising rules first. Some states require the brokerage name to be prominent.
