Letterhead Maker is a single-purpose editor for letterheadmaker.com. You design a letterhead and you download it. There is no account to create and no email address to leave.
Why it exists
A letterhead is a simple object: your name, the ways to reach you, and a clear field for the letter. A lot of online makers treat the free part as a preview. You can move things around, and then the download asks for an account, an email address, or a payment.
This one does not work that way. The editor runs in your browser. The PDF, the SVG, and the PNG download on the same page, with no watermark.
The files
The PDF is for printing. Fonts are embedded. The page is US Letter or A4. The SVG is for a design tool. The PNG is 300 DPI, for Word, Google Docs, and email. A project file lets you reopen the editable design later. The size guide covers margins and bleed, including the honest limit: the PDF is RGB, and a print shop doing offset work should convert it to CMYK.
Your design
There is no account, so there is nowhere for us to store your letterhead. The in-progress design stays in this browser. Logos stay in this browser. The privacy page says that plainly, including what a normal web host still logs when it serves the page.
Type
The letterheads are set in Source Serif 4, Source Sans 3, and Cormorant Garamond. Those are open-source families under the SIL Open Font License. Source is a trademark of Adobe. The license files ship with the fonts in this project.
