Engagement letters and tax correspondence should look precise. A frame and a clear address do that better than a decorative illustration.
Use a credential only if it is yours
The firm name comes first. Add CPA, EA, or similar letters only if you hold that credential and your rules allow them on stationery. Do not add a membership line unless it is accurate. A letterhead is a poor place to imply a qualification.
The office address matters on engagement letters. Include it, plus the phone number and the inbox a client should actually use during filing season.
The frame keeps the page formal
The Ledger Frame template draws a hairline rectangle inside the page, with the firm name at the upper left and the contact lines at the upper right. The address sits along the bottom of the frame. It feels like a statement header without looking like a spreadsheet.
